The Impact

For Terry, impact is not measured by intention. It is measured by what changes because the work exists. For more than 13 years, she has transformed vision into infrastructure building pathways that expand access to healthcare, transportation, leadership development and opportunity. Her work has supported more than 1,800 cancer patients across all 100 counties of North Carolina and 17 states, while leadership initiatives have reached more than 2,500 girls from the greater Triangle community, equipping them to see possibility, develop confidence and lead with purpose.

The evidence continues through The SISI Small PEARLS Lead Academy™, where 39 high school seniors have graduated with a 100% post-secondary pathway, demonstrating what happens when young people are surrounded by intentional leadership development, exposure and access. These are more than numbers.
