Publicist | Brand Strategist | Event Architect | Founder, The SISI™

Terry W. Spicer is a nationally acclaimed Publicist, Brand Strategist, and Event Planner whose bold leadership and visionary approach have earned her a seat among global changemakers and influential leaders. As the Principal and CEO of Epiphany Public Relations, LLC, Terry has cultivated an impressive international portfolio spanning Fortune 500 corporations, political figures, network television talent, and trailblazing entrepreneurs. She isn't just a Publicist, she's a brand architect with proven results.

Recognizing a common call from high-performing professionals—"What’s next for me?"—Terry launched her signature framework: The Signature PEARL™, a unique personal and professional development platform. This proprietary offering empowers leaders to achieve “The Successful Evolution of Their NEXT™” with deliberate strategy, high-impact storytelling, and results-driven public relations.

A proud author, Terry chronicled her foundational values and life lessons in her book, "LESSONS From Her Skirttail," paying homage to the women—her Board of PEARLS—who raised her with strength, grace, and vision.

Terry’s dynamic public relations work includes clients featured on major outlets such as CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, ESPN, and in publications like Essence, Ebony, and Black Enterprise Magazine. She served as the first official Publicist for Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, and Publicist for ASALH, the Association founded by Dr. Carter G. Woodson. A committed servant leader, Terry was appointed Publicist for the National Centennial of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she also served on the National Board of Directors, Arts and Letters Commission, and chaired the Information and Communications Committee.

Terry is also the Founder and Executive Director of The Sisters Inspiring Sisters Incorporated (The SISI™)—a nonprofit providing transportation assistance to cancer patients for medical appointments, chemotherapy, and radiation treatment. Now in its 12th year, The SISI™ has helped over 1,761 patients and has been widely celebrated for its impact. Terry also leads The SISI's Small PEARLS Lead Academy, a mentorship program cultivating leadership in girls from age 7 through college. To date, the Academy has graduated 27 high school seniors, all of whom have gone on to pursue higher education.

Terry shares her purpose-driven life with her husband and SISI co-founder, Stacey Spicer, and their son, Stacey Jr. Through every endeavor, Terry continues to shine as a beacon of purpose, legacy, and NEXT-level leadership.
