The second platform is The SISI Small PEARLS Apprentice Program launched 11/9/13. These girls are ages 7-17 and monthly for the academic year of September to May, Terry and her Community Advisers provide a deliberate leadership curriculum to enhance every element of their lives progressively forward to help ensure that they are thoroughly prepared with tools to be competitive on the global stage. PNC Bank is the Title Sponsor who has been with the Program since its inception. The parents enjoy it so much that they started their own meetings of leadership at the same time; My "Momma PEARLS!"The Small P.E.A.R.L.S. graduate out of the Program and excitedly The SISI Small P.E.A.R.L.S. Scholarship has been given to FOUR High School Seniors that graduated and are now in college and are Collegiate P.E.A.R.L.S.!
